North Carolina Book Weekend

I just returned to NY from a trip from Charlotte, NC.  I had a blast.  Not only was the weather absolutely gorgeous (especially in comparison to NY), but the people were so friendly (especially in comparison to NY).

I sat with and had a diva chat with the Sigma Ghammo Rho chapter at UNCC.  Then I went by Joseph & Beth’s bookstore, Books -A-Million, and Dynasty Book store.  I also hung out with Ifay on Q 92.7, she is the coolest.  We did an interview on air, and then later on we hung out at Club Tempo.  Prior to Tempo I stopped by Club Savoy for a bit to hang with DJ Ram. 

I was in town to promote Diva Diaries and my new book, “She’s No Angel,” but the trip was much more than just work, I had fun.  I cant wait to come back.
